App 1 i cat ion for Assessment Adj ustment (cont i nued <br />from June 1, 1987) <br /> <br />Heron Court Cooperative <br />by Emmet Hess i on <br />Parce 1 No. 095 -321-040 <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Finance Director 5/28/87 <br /> <br />Finance Director Ramchandani presented his report regarding the subject <br />appeal, stating that he and Emmet Hessi on, former president of the Heron <br />Court Homeowners Associ ati on, have di scussed the matter and reached the <br />settlement described in his report. <br /> <br />Emmet Hessi on, former president of the homeowners associ at ion, acknowledged <br />that he and Mr. Ramchandani had met and reached a settlement, but said that <br />hi s fi gures now differ from those presented in the staff report. <br /> <br />Mr. Hession distributed marked copies of Section 33007.5 "Limited-equity <br />housing cooperative" of the Health and Safety Code and referred to Section <br />11003.4 of the Busi ness and Professi ons Code on the Sëf11e subject. Mr. <br />Hession also called attention to the Heron Court By-Laws, displayed his own <br />Membership Certificate and offered copies of a list of sales and transfers of <br />un its. <br /> <br />Bd .of .
