Recommended Annual Budget 1987 -1988 <br />Vice Mayor Chandler announced that the Budget will be reviewed at the Budget <br />Study Session at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, June 13, 1987, at the Municipal Service <br />Center and that the public hearing is scheduled for the regular Council <br />meeting on July 6, 1987, in accordance with RESOLUTION NO. 10521 adopted <br />June 1 1987. - <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />4. M/S : Greenal ch /S tangel <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10524 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND TEJIMA AND ASSOCIATES, INC. Agreement for Professional Services to prepare an EIR <br />for medical office building (Planning Analysis and <br />D eve I opment ) (702-02) <br />Report Community Development Director 6/4/87 <br />In response to request for definition of a "scopi ng meeting ", Planner <br />Patterson said that the session is for the purpose of bringing in more <br />information at the beginning of a project so that concerns can be addressed <br />early and responded to in the draft EIR (Environmental Impact Report), noting <br />that the meeting will be conducted by the consultants who will then interpret <br />comments. <br />In response to question, Mr. Patterson said that notices have been sent to <br />adjacent property owners in accordance with legal notice requirements. <br />M/S : Greenal ch /LaBerge that with regard to the "scopi ng meeting" to be held <br />by the consultants who will prepare the EIR for the medical off ice building <br />on property owned by Sequoia Hospital, that in addition to the notices <br />required to be mailed to certain property owners that display advertisements <br />inviting the public to attend the meeting be placed in the local newspapers <br />so that all of those interested will be aware of the meeting and the <br />opportunity to comment. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 87 -110 <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />6/8/87 <br />Pa ge 4 - <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 47 <br />Page No. 158 <br />
