Architectural services agreement - Fair Oaks Senior C ent er Report: Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director 6/17/87 In response to questions, Director Griffiths said that the decision to build an adjacent or separate building will be made in the design process and that regarding the status of TEWCI funds, the County may withhold the anticipated $65,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds in return for equity in the present building which will be acceptable. In further response to question, Mr. Griffiths said that of the two firms selected as finalists, the one chosen is a minority -based firm which is consistent with just adopted Council policy.
