Concept approval of sewer capacity agreement - Town of <br />Woodside (1206 -02) <br />Report: Community Development Director 8/20/87 <br />In response to question, Assistant City Engineer Schroedl said that SBSA <br />(South Bayside System Authority) has the ability and the authority to set the <br />charge for sewage treatment capacity. He noted that charges will be made for <br />cost to the City also. <br />M /S: Greenalch /Bury to give conceptual approval to Woodside's request for <br />purchase of 55,000 gallons per day of sewage treatment capacity and related <br />use of City facilities, and to authorize City staff to negotiate an <br />agreement with Woodside for future Council approval. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 87 -167 <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Titles read.
