<br />Item No.1 (cont i nued) <br /> <br />Mr. Kuebelbeck (see above) observed that since 1982 when DME first became <br />involved with developing a plan for the site, the company has spent <br />considerable money on surveys, environmental impact reports, soils studies, <br />etc. and have become acquainted with the several government agencies involved <br />in baylands development, while gaining considerable knowledge about the Marina <br />site. He asked that the six-month extension be granted, offering to withdraw <br />if DME cannot offer an acceptable plan after that period. <br /> <br />M/S: Britschgi/Bury to continue consideration of the subject proposed <br />extension until the regular meeting of September 28, 1987. <br /> <br />Carried by majority voice vote. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: In response to request of the City Manager for direction with <br />regard to inquiries about the Marina Sub-area from prospective developers, <br />Vice Chairman Chandler determined it to be the consensus of the Agency to wait <br />for any presentations until after the requested extension of ERN of DME has <br />been decided. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO.
