CITY MANAGER REPORTS 9. Revision to Zoning Fee Schedule (403-03) Report: Planning Director 8/27/87 In response to question, Planning Director Patterson said the proposed fees more accurately reflect the cost to the City of staff time and giving notice. Acting City Manager Margolis noted that if fees do not adequately reflect costs, then developers are being subsidized by the general taxpayers, noting full recovery of costs is not possible, but present fees are too low.
