Literacy Program <br />Councilman Britschgi objected for the record to the placement of the subject <br />item on the Consent Calendar, because of the change from 1 -1/2 to 2 -1/2 <br />persons for staffing since the time the program was approved by Council. <br />Acting City Manager Margolis said that the item involved documentation for <br />the previously approved program, and that the cost of the change in staffing <br />is fully covered at this time by the federal and state grants for the <br />program. <br />Titles read.
