Marina Sub-Area - Proposed extension of Exclusive <br />Right to Negotiate with DME (Diversified Marina <br />Enterprises) (Continued from 8/24/87) (1402-04) <br /> <br />DME Proposal and transmittal letter 8/21/87 <br /> <br />James Kuebelbeck, Partner, DME, referred to architect's sketches of the <br />proposed development and requested a six months Exclusive Right to Negotiate. <br /> <br />Steve Strauss, Pacesetter Homes, Newport Beach, referred to the subject <br />proposal and letter and provide:J an overview of the development, responding to <br />question regarding it and the prospect of success for such a development. <br /> <br />In response to request for recommendation, City Manager Smith said that there <br />is no immediate need to make a decision and suggested that the proposal be <br />taken under consideration at this time thereby keeping Council options open. <br /> <br />Red ev.
