<br />Co , f -C,7 <br /> <br />EXHffiIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES <br /> <br />A. WORK TO BE PERFORMED <br />The work shall be performed at the intersection of Farm Hill Blvd. and Woodhill <br />Drive as follows: <br /> <br />1. Redwood City shall perform basic traffic signal maintenance as outlined by <br />International Municipal Signal Association standards. <br />2. Redwood City shall respond to trouble calls for Street Lights and Traffic Signals <br />during and after hours. <br />3. Redwood City shall contact Woodside when a knockdown has occurred and <br />receive authorization to contract work out to Redwood City's contractor if City <br />electricians can not perform the work when possible. <br />4. All work performed on Traffic Signal Cabinets will be documented in Cabinet log <br />documentation of work performed and on a Work Order. <br /> <br />B. FEES <br />ELECTRICIAN HOURLY RATE (Includes overhead and vehicle costs) <br />Monthly maintenance will be charged at $400.00 for every (6 months) and any <br />additional call backs or trouble calls will be charged at the rates indicated below: <br /> <br />$44.60 per hour for maintenance during normal hours <br />$66.90 per hour for call backs after normal hours <br />
