ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject YOU wish to address is not on the <br />aaenda. please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetina !-aw) prec!.Y.Qes the <br />Council from takina any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br />considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br />Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordina.nces, <br />and approve other items by one motion and one vote. Approve Amendment No.1 to the Agreement with Freedman Tung & <br />Bottomley to provide design services for the Courthouse Square Project with <br />a budget of $15,658 and appropriate funds from Agency's Downtown <br />Funding Plan Contingency <br />2. Authorize the Redevelopment Manager to execute the amendment to the <br />agreement.
