Approve Amendment No.1 to the Agreement with Freedman, Tung, & Bottomley <br />to provide design services for the Courthouse Square Project with a budget of <br />$15, 658 and appropriate funds from Agency's Downtown Funding Plan <br />Contingency <br /> <br />2. Authorize the Redevelopment Manager to execute the amendment to the <br />agreement.
