ORIGINAL C AMENDMENT NO.1 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR FLYGT SUMBERSIBLE PUMP MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES (ITT Industries) 2hiS Amendment No.1 is entered into and effective as of the j'" day of þJT¿;ßN3~ , 2005, extending and amending the agreement dated January 20,2005 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and ITT Industries, a California corporation ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for maintenance, repair and replacement of ITT Flygt submersible pumps for the City's sanitary sewer lift stations. RECITALS A. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of eleven months to June 30, 2006. B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated in by this reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Exhibit "B," Fee Schedule. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby extended for a period of eleven months ending on June 30, 2006, and Consultant will be paid a not to exceed amount of One Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen and 60/100 dollars ($138,616.60). 2. Notices.
