Consideration of Five -Year Implementation Plan 2005 -2009 for the Redwood <br />City Redevelopment Project No. 2. — Redevelopment Agency <br />Redevelopment Agency Manager Susan Moeller introduced Debbie M. Kern of <br />Keyser Marsten, who used a Powerpoint presentation to review the proposed <br />implementation plan.
