Authorization of the Redevelopment Agency to allow <br />staff to negotiate with Edward Nagel for a disposi- <br />tion and development agreement for a three parcel <br />development in the Centre Sub-Area (1991 Broadway)(1401-03) <br /> <br />Report of City Manager and Community Development Director 1/24/86 <br /> <br />Edward Nagel, 28065 Natoma Road, Los Altos Hills, reported he has financing <br />available for the development he proposes and would like to proceed as soon <br />as possible. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith said that the proposal for development of the property is <br />in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan adopted for the Centre Sub-Area. <br /> <br />M/S: Chandler/Stangel to authorize staff to negotiate a disposition and <br />development agreement with Edward Nagel for his proposed project at 1991 <br />Broadway. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 86-19-RD <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />There being no further business the Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 8:39 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />JACQUELINE C.
