Proposed retail structure addition at 2653 and 2665 <br />Broadway, corner of E 1 Cami no Real (1400-02) <br /> <br />Report of Executive Director and Community Development Director 3/20/86 <br /> <br />Housi ng Coordi nator Church presented the subj ect report and slides of <br />drawings by the architect indicating the plan for the site. <br /> <br />Sam Sinnot, architect for Clair Robison, owner of the property, acknowledged <br />that the proposed use of the property does not conform to the City' s pl an for <br />the Gateway Redevelopment Sub-area, but suggested it WJul d improve the <br />property, at least temporarily, until the comprehensive plan is implemented. <br /> <br />David Irman, Innisfree Company, 2656 Bridgeway, Sausalito, whose firm has <br />been granted the exclusive Right to Negotiate for the redevelopment of a <br />porti on of the Gateway Sub-area, reported that apprai sal s wi 11 be avai 1 abl e <br />in about three weeks, and, following financial analysis, the matter will be <br />coming to the Agency in approximately six weeks. <br /> <br />M/S: Stangel/Chandler not to entertain any proposal for development of the <br />Gateway Redevelopment Sub-area until after a decision is reached with respect <br />to the Innisfree Company proposal. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MIN UTE ORDE R NO.
