The following persons described the problems listed i n the Report of 2/11/85 and urged Council to implement the recommendations also stated in that Report: Richard Gamberg, 1588 Alameda Carol Beaty, 1596 Alameda Robert Page, 1621 Alameda Peter Sil acci , 1681 Alameda, disagreed with his neighbors regarding the sources of problems and suggested that any problems can be solved if overnight parking is prohibited on the street. Mr. Sil acci said that as far as he can observe, the street does not need resurfacing. Title read.
