City Manager Smith stated that the Downtown Association has just discussed the report and has it under consideration. Nita Spangler, 970 Edgewood Road, suggested that the public should be invited to comment on the subject of the Report also. CONSENSUS: Mayor Claire determined it to be the consensus of Council to conduct a joint study session on the City Manager's Report of April 4, 1986, relating to Broadway as recommended by Councilman Britschgi, noting that the meeting will, of course, be public and anyone present will be invited to comment; and that the Mayor is directed to consult with staff and attempt to select a meeting date acceptable to all.
