GENERAL <br />Director of Finance Ramchandani reported on the latest developments with <br />regard to liability insurance coverage for the City, covering the status of <br />what might be available through the Association of Bay Area Governments <br />(ABAG) and through the San Mateo County joint powers agreement. Mr. <br />Ramchandani said that no recommendation is being made now and he will pursue <br />his investigation of liability insurance opportunities for the City. <br />City Manager Smith said that a written report on the subject of liability <br />coverage is being prepared and will be distributed soon.
