(1401-03) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Community Development Director 6/5/86 <br /> <br />Ed Nagel, owner of the subject property, described previous plans for the <br />property which had not developed and asked Council to consider the <br />presentation by his architect of a proposed plan for the site and make <br />c ommen t. <br /> <br />t1:>rton Frank, A.LA., 471 Seaport Court, architect for the Nagel Property, <br />pre sented sk etch es for the property wh ich inc luded a four-story build ing; <br />reta il on the Ma in Street side to serve build ing residents and other similar <br />potential customers in the area; parking for 88 cars; and 97 full apartment <br />units, mostly one bedroom, for a senior-congregate care home. Mr. Frank <br />commented on the need for such housing and the colllJatibility of the design <br />with the historic building next to it.
