In response to question, Director of Public Works Addiego acknowledged that <br />radar cannot be used in enforcing the speed limit if it is below the 85 <br />percentile. <br />Deputy Police Chief Hamilton said that if radar cannot be used, pacing is <br />required and suggested that it is not possible on Hudson Street. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Claire determined it to be the consensus of Council to <br />refer the proposed ordinance relating to Hudson Street speed limits back to <br />staff for consideration by all City departments affected. <br />MEMO 6/26/86 <br />13.
