Stangel <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers <br />401 Marshall Street <br /> <br />Ju ne 23, 1986 <br />Immediately following the <br />City Cou nc i 1 Meet ing <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />Regu lar Meet ing <br />CALL TO ORDER - 11 :03 p.m., Chairman Claire presiding. <br /> <br />Directors present: Britschgi, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge, Stangel and <br />Cha irman Cl a ire <br />Di rec tor s ab sen t: Bury <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Ramchandani, Hi ldebrand and <br />Schroeter, Patterson, Church <br /> <br />GEN ERAL <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Presentation - status and proposals for Centre <br />Redeve lopment Sub -Area (1401-03) <br /> <br />Centre Area Revitalization Plan 8/85 <br />Report: Community Development Director 6/18/86 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Schroeter presented his report, stating that <br />the next step is to review the three Requests for Qualifications received <br />and interview those who submitted them, noting that staff can do so or a <br />commit tee c an be estab li shed to do so, with recommendation to be made back <br />to the Agency. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Chairman Claire determined it to be the consensus of the <br />Direc tors that a committee be estab 1; shed for the purpose of interv iewing <br />Red\'AJod Downtown Ventures, Bay City Land ColllJany, Inc., and Crow Western <br />ColllJany, all of which have submitted proposals for the Centre Redevelopment <br />Sub-Area, with the committee to be colllJosed of three Directors of the <br />Agency, one representative each from the Planning Commission and the Civic <br />Cultural Commission, and a downtown property owner. <br /> <br />Mayor Claire appointed Councilwoman LaBerge and Councilmen Stangel and <br />Greena lch to serve on the Committee.
