She alleges that she <br /> followed proper procedure by first contacting the <br /> City; however, they were not able to locate the <br /> clean-out for her. <br /> <br />2007 Robert Heyer Requesting reimbursement of school impact <br /> fees which he was obliged to pay before being <br /> granted a building permit. <br /> <br />2008 Andrew Gibson Alleging loss of property and income as a result <br /> of being jailed on a warrant two times for the <br /> same misdemeanor conviction. <br /> <br />Brian J.
