Councilman Britschgi inquired as to the status of abatement of the nuisance <br />on Maple Street, stating the house appeared to be vacant today. <br />Community Development Director Schroeter reported that the occupants had not <br />moved out as of last week and that the Pacific Gas & Electric Company will <br />not disconnect the electricity until they have determined that the tenants <br />have moved out. Mr. Schroeter said that staff hoped to obtain compliance <br />rather than have to call upon the Sheriff to remove the tenants, and said he <br />will look into the matter again this week. Councilman Bury requested that consideration of installation of a stop sign <br />at Edgewood Road and E1 Camino Real be placed on the City Council Agenda <br />again for reexamination of the matter.
