Feasibility Study - Fair Oaks Community Center /TEWCI <br />Senior Center (702 -02) <br />Report: Parks, Recreation, Community Services Director 8/28/86 <br />Michael Swartz, Board Member of TEWCI, said the Board supports placing all <br />Senior activities under one roof, stating it is expected proceeds from sale <br />of the present senior center might be used for the new center. <br />Sally Salinas, Fair Oaks Senior Center, TEWCI, described deed arrangements <br />regarding the building and said a feasibility study is needed in order to <br />work out the funding arrangements. <br />Title read.
