Item No. 8 (continued) <br />Councilman Stangel reported that he is a member of the Advisory Board of the <br />Kainos Home and Training Center and asked if he may participate in the <br />discussion and vote. In response to question, Councilman Stangel said he <br />does not have a vote with regard to expenditures of the organization, and <br />City Attorney Schricker advised no conflict exists in that event. <br />Title read.
