Stangel <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors Chamers <br />401 Marshall Street <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />November 10, 1986 <br /> <br />Immediately following the <br />City Council Meeting <br /> <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER - 11 :25 p.m., Chairman Claire presiding. <br /> <br />Di rec tors pre sen t: <br /> <br />Britschgi, Bury, Chandler, Greenalch, LaBerge, Stangel and <br />Chairman Claire <br /> <br />Directors absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Officials and staff present: <br /> <br />Schroeter, Schricker, Hi ldebrand and Addiego <br /> <br />GENERAL <br />1. <br /> <br />Marina Sub-Area - Presentation of proposed <br />development by DME (Diversified Marina <br />Enterprises) (1400-04) <br /> <br />Report: <br /> <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />11/5/86 <br /> <br />Acting City Manager Schroeter observed that the subject report covers <br />the proposed extension but not the proposed amendment attached to the <br />resolution. <br /> <br />City Attorney Schricker said that the amendment was prompted by change in <br />the land use designation eliminating residential use. In response to <br />question, Mr. Schricker said that City Manager Smith, or someone from <br />staff he may delegate, would be expected to be the staff person referred <br />to in paragraph 6. <br /> <br />James Kuebelbeck, DME, said that he understands the amendment clarifies <br />the present land use designation. He displayed his work plan for 10/86 - <br />6/87 and said he is anxious to proceed immediately. <br /> <br />Mr. Kuebelbeck replied to questions and commented concerning cost of the <br />needed appraisal and the portion of any costs to be borne by the City. <br /> <br />Ti t le re ad. <br /> <br />M/S: <br /> <br />Chandler/Stangel <br />Red ev .
