Public Hearing - Underground Utility District No. <br />1986 -1 (per RESOLUTION NO. 10374, 11/10/86; Report of <br />Public Works Director 11/4/86) (1207-02) <br />Presentation - Chestnut Street Reconstruction Project <br />Report: Public Works Director 12/3/86 <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Mailing are on file. <br />Director of Public Works Addiego reviewed his report and used overlays to <br />illustrate his comments. He responded to questions regarding the formula for <br />financing, required cooperation from PG &E, and the major concerns of the <br />residents. He then introduced Ralph Nofield, consultant. <br />Ralph Nofield, consultant, Reimer & Associates, used overlays to illustrate <br />the roadway design. <br />Adam Gee, Traffic Engineer, used overlays to explain the need for certain <br />street closures. <br />In response to question regarding the proposed prohibition of left -turn <br />movements on Bay Road onto Chestnut.
