<br />ARTICLE 24 <br /> <br />TERM <br /> <br />24.1 <br /> <br />This Memorandum of Understanding, and any amendments to the rules and regulations and salary <br />ordinance provisions enacted pursuant thereto; and, as reflected in this Memorandum of Understanding <br />shall remain in effect for those employees employed in those classifications which comprise the <br />Management Unit for the period October 1, 2005, and including September 30, 2009. <br /> <br />24.2 <br /> <br />The terms of this Agreement and its side letters shall be effective upon the adoption of this Agreement by <br />the City Council except as otherwise provided by specific sections of this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT <br />EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br /> <br />33 <br />
