<br />... <br /> <br />01/0712008 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agency and State funds were used to develop and construct 58 <br /> <br />new units of affordable rental housing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the work was completed in September 2007 and all units were fully <br />occupied by the end of September 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has provided a copy of recorded Notice of <br /> <br />Completion for the project evidencing completion and release of liens; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the DDA provides for the Redevelopment Agency to issue a <br /> <br />Certificate of Completion after the improvements have been completed and all of the <br /> <br />terms of the DDA have been met. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCil AND THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Council and the Redevelopment Agency approves the Certificate <br /> <br />of Completion for Villa Montgomery - First Community Housing as set forth in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A", <br /> <br />2.
