Following its execution by the Developer and prompt <br />delivery thereafter to the Agency, this Agreement must be approved, <br />executed and delivered by the Agency to the Developer in order to <br />be effective or enforceable against the Agency. The date of this <br />Agreement shall be the date when the Agreement is approved by the <br />Agency. <br /> <br />b.
