6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br /> item within the Consent Calendar. If the subiect vou wish to address is not on the <br /> aqenda, please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetinq Law) precludes the <br /> Council from takina anv action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br /> considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br /> Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, <br /> and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
