� • � ' � � � <br /> 3. Subsection 8. Term and Effective Period of Section D. General Provisions of <br /> the City/County Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "8. Term and Effective Period. This Agreement shall be effective the <br /> period from July l, 2003 through June 30, 2008. All services are subject to the <br /> terms and conditions of this Agreement." <br /> 4. Subparagraph c) of paragraph 1. of Exhibit C of the City/County Agreement is <br /> deleted in its entirety. Quarantine processing services will be addressed separately in the <br /> County/PHS Agreement. <br /> 5. The sixth bullet of Paragraph 11. Excluded Services of Exhibit C of the <br /> City/County Agreement which reads "The processing of in-home quarantines which may be <br /> resol��ed over the phone, as determined by County ar County Contractor" shall be deleted in its <br /> entirety. <br /> 6. The fourth bullet of subparagraph 1 of paragraph C. COUNTY'S <br /> IZESPONSIBILITIES of the City/County Agreement which reads, "Processing in-home <br /> quarantines which may be resolved over the phone" is hereby deleted. <br /> 7. Except as specifically set forth in this First Amendment, all other provisions of <br /> the City/County Agreement shall remain unchanged in full force and effect. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this First Amendment to the <br /> City/County Agreement for Animal Control Services to be executed by their duly authorized <br /> representatives on the day and year first written above. <br /> -3- <br />
