Early Termination. Section C.6.c) of the Services Agreement is hereby <br /> amended by adding the following provision to the end of the paragraph: <br /> "Notwithstanding any provision of the Lease Agreement to the contrary, <br /> should the County choose to exercise the early termination option <br /> described herein by providing the required three- hundred- sixty-five <br /> (365) days prior written notice of termination of the Services Agreement <br /> to Contractor, the early termination of the parties' Lease Agreement shall <br /> also be automatically effected thereby, as of the same date of <br /> termination as the Services Agreement, without further notice to <br /> Contractor, including but not limited to that otherwise required by <br /> Section 18 (b) of the Lease Agreement." <br /> 4. Quarantine Services. Subparagraph c) of Paragraph 1. of Exhibit B <br /> ("Contractor Responsibilities") to the Services Contract is deleted in its entirety. A new <br /> subparagraph c) of Paragraph 1 of Exhibit B is hereby added to read as follows: <br /> "c) Provide rabies investigation and quarantine services according to the <br /> procedures described in the document attached and incorporated <br /> herein as Attachment 1 to this amendment.
