Martinez and Xochiti E. Hart, owners of record of said real property located at 1204
Shasta Street, Redwood City, California ("Owners").
Background
On August 11, 2003, the Zoning Administrator approved the Planned Development
Permit for San Carlos Strair to construct a warehouse with office space at 1204 Shasta
Street, the property at the west corner of the intersection of Shasta Street and Willow
Street.
The building permit requirements call for extensive on-site grading and drainage, and
off-site improvements. The developer's architect, Topos Architects, and engineer, BKF
Engineers/Surveyors/Planners, completed the plans (of said on-site and off-site work)
and specifications to the satisfaction of Engineering & Construction.
The property owner will post bonds in the amount of $167,110.00. All work associated
with this project is being paid for by the owner.
Alternative
Do not require the on-site and off-site improvements, which would be contrary to public
policy.
Fiscal Impacts
There are no fiscal impacts to the City, except for the maintenance of a new street light
and six new street trees.
n /

 ; :
, ' '
V --. , :_,
';Jon . h Patterson Ed verett
City E in er mmunity Development Services Director City Manager
JKUDF:ss
s/library/reports/phong/Improvemenf .Argmt 1204 Shasta Street
