Any and all other special guarantees which may be applicable to particular parts of the <br /> work under this Agreement shall be considered as an additional guarantee and shall not reduce <br /> or limit the guarantee as provided by CM/GC pursuant to this paragraph. <br /> Section 19. INSURANCE <br /> A. Repuired Insurance. CM/GC shall acquire and maintain Workers' Compensation, <br /> employer's liability, commercial general liability, owned, non-owned and hired automobile <br /> liability, and builders risk liability insurance coverage relating to CM/GC's services to be <br /> performed hereunder covering City/Agency's risks in form subject to the approval of the <br /> City/Agency's Risk Manager. <br /> B. Required Limits. The minimum amounts of coverage corresponding to these categories <br /> of insurance per insurable event, shall be as follows: <br /> Insurance Category Minimum Limits <br /> Workers' Compensation statutory minimum <br /> Employer's Liability $1,000,000 �,er accident <br /> for bodily injury or disease <br /> Commercial General $3,000,000 per ocrurrence <br /> Liability and $10,000,000 aggregate <br /> for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury and property damage <br /> Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury and <br /> property damage (coverage <br /> required to the e�ent <br /> applicable to Consultant's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> C. Evidence of Insurance. Endorsements. Concurrently with, and not later than five (5) <br /> days after, the execution of this Agreement, CM/GC shall furnish City/Agency with certificates <br /> and declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder to the satisfaction of the <br /> City's/Agency's Risk Manager and, with respect to evidence of commercial general liability, <br /> automobile liability and Builder's Risk insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br /> 1) Precluding cancellation before the expiration of thirty (30) days after City/Agency <br /> shall have received written notification of cancellafion by first class mail; <br /> 2) Providing that CM/GC's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against <br /> whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability <br /> (cross liability endorsement); <br /> Atty/Ag r/2005.003 <br /> 030805/L.Beck/607588v7 Page 13 of 30 <br />
