ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council on any subject relating to the City Council which is not on the agenda or any <br />item within the Consent Calendar. If the subject YOU wish to address is not on the <br />aaenda. please unqerstand...!b&ttl!LBrown Act (Open Meetina Law) precludes the <br />Council from takina any action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are <br />considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the Consent <br />Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, <br />and approve other items by one motion and one vote. Amendments to Peninsula Humane Society and City's Contract for the provision <br />of animal control services for the period June 30, 2006 through June 30, 2008. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Keith Harper, Administrative Sergeant 780-7173 kharoer@redwoodcitv.ora <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />The City is obligated to provide animal control services.
