<br />Item No.2 (continued) <br /> <br />Bryan Grunwald described the proposal and summarized the recommendations in <br />conjunction with a slide presentation. Mr. Grunwald replied to questions by <br />the Board concerning maintenance of the proposed water feature; costs of <br />converting the City Hall parking lot to a water feature; concerns regarding <br />adequacy of displacement parking proposals, and suggested that surveys taken <br />of parking areas indicate underuse of existing parking facilities.
