Item No. 15 (continued) <br />Director of Public Works Addiego reviewed the proposed alternatives given in <br />the report, and City Manager Smith recommended that if none of the <br />alternatives are acceptable, the Council might wish to refer the matter to <br />the Park and Recreation Commisssion. <br />With regard to the Hetch- Hetchy right -of -way, Mayor Britschgi expressed <br />concern regarding the time element for consideration by the Park and <br />Recreation Commission, in view of the letters he has been receiving from <br />senior groups. <br />City Manager Smith noted that Sally Hartman, Parks and Recreation <br />Superintendent, is present, and can relay the requests to the Commissioners. <br />MEMO 8/29/85 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />16.
