9. Residential Permit Parking - Circle Road area (1104 -02) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Public Works 9/21/85 <br />During the discussion which followed, it was suggested that in Section <br />20.205. Fees for Issuance: Duration of Permits, the first sentence be <br />amended from, "The Council shall establish by resolution fees for the <br />issuance... ", to "The Council may establish... ". It was also suggested that <br />there should be no two -hour parking restriction on the North side of Whipple <br />Avenue. <br />Jeff Wharton, 112 Circle Road, stated he and the neighbors with whom he has <br />spoken regarding the matter, support what is being proposed in the report. <br />Title read.
