Centre Redevelopment Project Sub Area - Adoption <br />of Plan (1401-03) <br /> <br />In response to question, City Attorney Schricker said that adoption of the <br />Plan will provide guidelines for implementation of the Plan. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith said that if the Plan is adopted, anything proposed for <br />development in the Centre Sub Area will have to conform to it, and adoption <br />will also make it possible to commence an active program to attract <br />development to the area. <br /> <br />Redev.Agency <br />10/14/85 <br /> <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 46 <br />Page No. 75 <br /> <br />..---~.._-.---------------_._--------_..,---, <br />
