Joint Powers Insurance <br />Report of City Manager and Interim Finance Director 12/11/85 <br />Finance Director Rupert noted that the City will probably not be insured for <br />seven to ten days beginning January 1, 1986. <br />M /S: Chandler /Bury to authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary <br />agreements if Planet (primary insurance carrier) accepts the City, with a <br />$250,000 SIR (self insurance retention). <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 85 -188 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />12.
