ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ~ d~ay of May, <br />2002, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and BEALS SPORT <br />("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to improve Hoover Sport Field in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />Engineering and Landscape Architectural Services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall provide Engineering, <br />Landscape Architectural, Construction Administration, and related services <br />described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT.
