of any applicable permit issued pursuant to Ordinance No. 1130, or <br /> any extension thereof. <br /> <br /> c. Extension of Architectural Permit. Notwithstanding Section 45.11 of <br /> the Zoning Ordinance, Architectural Permits issued within the time <br /> periods described in subsections 2.a. and 2.b., above, may be <br /> extended one (1) time beyond April 11, 2001, for a period of six (6) <br /> months by the Zoning Administrator. Unless extended, all rights under <br /> an Architectural Permit shall cease and terminate if construction of the <br /> shell and/or tenant improvements pursuant to a valid Building Permit <br /> does not commence within one (1) year from the issuance of the <br /> Architectural Permit and in accordance with the terms and conditions <br /> thereof. <br /> <br /> The application for an extension of the Applicable Permit (the <br /> "Application") shall be filed on the form provided by the Zoning <br /> Administrator and must be filed at least thirty (30) calendar days prior <br /> to the expiration of the Architectural Permit. Upon the timely filing of <br /> the Application, the expiration date of the Architectural Permit shall <br /> automatically be extended until either the issuance or the denial of the <br /> Application has become final.
