GENERAL <br />1. Mayor Britschgi noted correspondence had been received by Police Chief <br />Guardino from R. L. Martinelli with copies to Council; from Carol Bangert of <br />Harbor Village Mobilehome Park 2/14/85; from John E. Kenney, 3870 Bret Harte <br />Drive; and from Ken Karp, 547 Marlin Drive. <br />Mayor Britschgi requested the letter from Ken Karp, 547 Marlin Drive, <br />requesting consideration of installation of stop signs be referred to staff. <br />MEMO 3/1/85 <br />2. Vice Mayor Marquez - Mosher announced there will be a Legislative Committee <br />meeting at 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 5, 1985, in the City Attorney's Office. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />City Clerk Hildebrand reported that the proposed executive session was for the <br />purpose of considering a litigation matter in accordance with the provisions of <br />Government Code Sec. 54956.9(a).
