Continue Public Hearing Open until April 8, 1985 <br />City Manager Smith reported that bids were received for the subject project <br />on March 26, 1985, and are being evaluated, since they exceeded the <br />Engineer's estimate. Mr. Smith said it is expected that a recommendation of <br />award of bid will be made to Council on April 8 and asked that the public <br />hearing be continued to that date. <br />Vice Mayor Mosher noted that the subject public hearing was continued open <br />from March 11, 1985. <br />M /S: Bury /Stangel to continue the subject public hearing open until April 8, <br />1985. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 85 -41 <br />2. Public Hearing - Planning Commission Resolution of <br />Intention to amend Section 50.5 a., (1), (2) and (3) <br />of ORDINANCE NO. 1130 the Zoning Ordinance, to increase <br />fines from $50 for the first offense, $100 for the <br />second and $250 for each additional violation to $100, <br />$200 and $500 respectively. (403 -03) <br />Vice Mayor Mosher declared the public hearing open at 7:36 p.m. and invited <br />anyone present who wished to speak to do so.
