Letter from Peggy Kerns, 1918 Alameda of April 4, 1985, re street cleaning - <br />refer to staff for reply. - <br />MEMO 8/11/85 <br />2. Letter from Department of Transportation of March 28, 1985, reporting that <br />the platform at the train station will be raised - no action required. <br />3. Correspondence from Edward W. Nagel, President of Design & Construction <br />Management, Santa Clara, of April 3 and March 28, 1985 - inquired as to <br />handling. <br />City Manager Smith pointed out that the property in question is in the Centre <br />Redevelopment Subarea and unusual facts are involved in obtaining approvals <br />to proceed with construction. <br />Planning Director Schroeter reported having talked with Mr. Nagel and telling <br />him about requirements for adoption of a redevelopment plan. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />M /S: Stangel /Chandler to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned at 9:50 p.m. <br />JACQUELINE C.
