Public Hearing - Proposal of Paragon Group, Inc., for <br />issuance of estimated $31,000,000 of Revenue Bonds for <br />Multifamily Rental Housing (408 -02) <br />City Manager Smith introduced the subject item noting that Council had <br />previously indicated its intention to issue the bonds, for the project in the <br />Redwood Shores area, and that this public hearing is a requirement under the <br />law.
