Community Appearance Code Enforcement <br />Report of City Manager 1/23/84 <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Schricker and Planning Director <br />Schroeter presented the subject of code enforcement relating to <br />land use regulations. <br />Discussion followed with participation of members of the audience. <br />Suggestion was made that a joint committee of members of the <br />Planning Commission and the City Council be appointed to pursue <br />community improvement problems on an informal basis to obtain <br />compliance without resorting to the courts. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, Mayor Stangel declared the Joint Meeting <br />adjourned to the Mid Year Budget Review Session at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, <br />February 4, 1984, in the Municipal Services Center and to an Executive <br />Session of the City Council for the purpose of considering labor relations <br />at 5:00 p.m., Monday, February 6, 1984, in the City Hall Conference Room. <br />JACQUELINE C.
