<br />Kendel Hobbs, Adams & Hobbs, 1390 Taylor Street, San Francisco, attorney <br />for Willy Ostertag, reported the status of Mr. Ostertag1s application <br />for HUD mortgage insurance approval and said his client expects to begin <br />construction within five months. In response to question, Mr. Hobbs said <br />that he is willing to work with CCDC. <br /> <br />Willy Ostertag, Burlingame, stated he has made a substantial investment <br />in his development on Main Street in order to obtain HUD approvals, etc., <br />and was willing to work with CCDC, but his meeting with Mr. Lightner <br />~as not productive.
