ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />1. Arthur L. Balsamo, Planning Commission member, suggested that with regard <br />to the Redevelopment Agency meeting held before the Council meeting that <br />the Mayor ask a Council member to meet with Willy Ostertag and a representa- <br />tive of City Center Development Company to assist them. <br />In response to question, City Attorney Schricker said that such participation <br />by a Council member would not prevent that member from voting on the subject. <br />Mayor Stangel said he is willing to join Mr. Ostertag and Mr. Lightner, but <br />believes the two businessmen should be able to handle the situation. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />M /S: Biagi /Bury to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of considering <br />litigation and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned to executive session at <br />10:55 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the City Council adjourned at 11:20 p.m. <br />JACQUELINE C.
